I trust you are all doing well as we enter into this Advent season, a season of expectation, joy, and new birth. For you and us, Power to Change has been a part of Canada for over 50 years, sharing the message of the hope we have in a relationship with Jesus.

Over the last five years, Rod Bergen has served as President of Power to Change. Initially joined with a one-year commitment, it’s now been 7.5 years. We thank him for his faithful service and his impact on Power to Change and kingdom work. We have recently received and accepted his resignation, effective March 12, 2021.

Rod has shared with us, “I will continue to be an advocate for the ministry of Power to Change as you continue to help people know Jesus and experience His power to change the world. It is time to pass the baton on to a new leader.”

Power to Change has a strong Executive Management Team in place who will be working closely with the Board and Rod during this time of transition. The board will be actively engaging in the search process to fill the role for a new President of Power to Change.
