Elizabeth’s only chance of finding water was a village named Mokpa five kilometers away. Read more of her story and the difference a GAiN water well made in her village through the Water for Life Initiative. [Global Aid Network]

At Athletes in Action’s annual retreat, student athletes from across the country gathered to learn about following Christ’s model of love. “They genuinely care about bringing up a generation of truthful followers of Christ,” shared University of Waterloo Wide Receiver, Mitch Kernick. [Athletes in Action]

In early February, AIA Pro chaplains, members of their families, and two players from the CFL, traveled to Israel to tour symbolic Christian and Jewish sites. It was an opportunity to bring stories from the Bible to life in a unique way and it had a powerful impact on everyone who went. “It was even better than I hoped,” said Calgary Stampeders chaplain Rodd Sawatzky. “Every square foot has history.” [Athletes in Action]
