Video by Desmond, on staff with P2C-Students at York University.

This video reflection is in response to the death of George Floyd and the current discussions about anti-Black racism. He processes his own personal feelings of grief and experiences–drawing near to God and the person of Jesus.

Note from Desmond: This is my own personal perspective and this video was intended to help York University students that I work with. If you desire to process my thoughts I suggest you connect with someone you trust close to you. My perspective doesn’t represent all of the staff of P2C-Students or even all Black staff at P2C-Students. All the Black staff in P2C-Students have their own journeys with race, racism, and how Jesus is leading them in this time.
