Have you ever gone through a stressful situation? Have any friends who have? Come out and hear a student testimony and psychologist Nathan Cooper, counselor at the Student Wellness Center and Assistant Professor, as he talks on how to stress less and learn how faith and mental health intersect in our lives. We will get to practice practical de-stressing techniques. There will also be opportunities to discuss what we go through as students with each other in small group setting.
