Step 1: Discover the opportunities

Step 2: Apply for a specific job opportunity
Identify a specific job posting or opportunity you are qualified to apply for and begin the application process.

National and International Internship Deadline: March 1, 2019
Staff Application Deadline: Ongoing
Applications for associate and commissioned staff roles must be submitted at minimum two months before your preferred New Staff Training date. Training dates currently occur annually in January, May, and September. (For example, If you wish to attend New Staff Training in May 2019 you need to submit your application by March 1st, 2019)
Step Three: Application Process
Human Resources will review your completed application and contact you for a preliminary interview. We will check your references, and qualified applicants will be contacted for a panel interview.
Step Four: Offer of Employment & New Staff Training
Those who qualify will receive an official offer of employment and be cleared to attend New Staff Training (in May, September or January) to launch them into the first phase of their role: Ministry Partner Development.
Step Five: Ministry Partner Development
Your first role on staff will be to successfully develop your prayer and financial Ministry Partner Team. The amount of time needed for this phase of ministry depends on a great number of factors, but most candidates can anticipate commiting between 3 – 12 months. After the successful completion of your initial MPD goals you can report to your assignment.
