Sean Cullen – National Director of Power to Change – Students

Message from the National Director

What an encouraging school year! Marked by prayer, changed lives, partnership, and steps of faith, we have seen God at work in students’ lives all across our nation. Jesus changes everything, and for this we are so grateful.

As we minister to students, we are observing a growing awareness among Christian leaders in Canada that the greatest problem we face, that we must address, is determining how to effectively engage this generation with the gospel. As we meet with students, we find that the majority of them have never been given opportunity to hear the true message of Jesus. The future of the Church in Canada depends on this changing. Our future as a nation will be profoundly influenced by it.

In the last year, Power to Change staff and students interacted with over 44,000 students offering them opportunity to connect further and hear the gospel. Over 10,000 students engaged with us in conversations around gospel themes. We are celebrating together that 358 students committed their lives to Jesus in Canada and globally. We praise God for each and every one of them. We are currently serving on over 60 Canadian campuses from coast to coast. I couldn’t possibly share with you everything that has occurred this school year, but I hope that this summary report gives you a glimpse. Let’s glorify God for what he has done!
