My involvement with Athletes in Action began in 2011 as a varsity track and field athlete, and continued to the World Cup podium and Olympic stage in my current sport of bobsleigh. Over the years God has used AIA to change my life! - From community and friends, to ministry and volunteer opportunities, to intentional mentorship programs God has used this ministry again and again to sharpen my faith and grow my relationship with Him. In 2022 I joined staff, serving in an internship role on the University of Alberta campus. Currently, I am serving in a community builder role within the Olympic / elite-amateur community as I train for my 3rd Olympic Games. I know first hand the ups and downs, and challenges of the high-performance sport world and am passionate about sharing my knowledge, experience, and ultimately the hope I found in Jesus with those around me in my sport context!
