Director of Staff Development, AIA Canada From my elementary school gym in northern Alberta to universities across Canada to club teams around the world, I’ve seen the impact that sport can have on a person. My passion today is seeing athletes’, coaches’, and fans’ lives change as they encounter God in their life and through sport. In order to facilitate this in AIA, our Staff Development team seeks to continually see staff confident in their skills, deeply rooted in their own faith, and consistently developing as effective ministers in sport.
