I’m honoured to serve as the National Stream Lead for Long-Term Care & Seniors with Connecting Streams, a ministry of Power to Change. In this role, I help mobilize churches and volunteers to bring the hope of Jesus to seniors, long-term care residents, and caregivers across Canada. My ministry focuses on building and training teams, strengthening partnerships, and expanding compassionate, Christ-centered outreach to some of our nation’s most precious and often overlooked people. As we nurture relationships, encourage faith, and share the gospel, lives can be transformed with hope and dignity! I invite you to join me through prayer and financial partnership as we serve seniors and help more people know Jesus.
