Dr. Jon Waind will be our special guest for this P2C-S free webinar.  Dr. Waind is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Theological Studies at Concordia University and holds a PhD in Religious Studies from McGill.  He researches and teaches on the intersection of religious ethics and public life.  Jon’s main research and teaching interest is in philosophical and theological approaches to human vulnerability and social issues proceeding from that basic condition.  Prior to pursuing an academic career, Jon served as a youth pastor for ten years in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.
