It gave me a clear understanding about the need to build the capacities of field missionaries with the necessary tools. I-GO challenged me to improve my skills and use it for mission purposes.

Applications for the I-GO mission trip are now closed.
Why go on the I-GO mission trip?
I-GO is a workplace opportunity that gives you hands-on experience of what it takes to run an organization dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission. You’ll gain valuable cross-cultural and professional experiences to take back to your studies and career.
With I-GO, you’ll be joining the Cru Global Operations team and students from around the world. Cru is the international network of Power to Change ministries in different countries.
I-GO mission trip is a blend of:
- Using your unique skill set for kingdom purposes
- Being mentored by Cru staff from different countries
- Ministering in various outreach opportunities in and around the city

What happens during I-GO?
You’ll be on a team with people from around the world. You’ll each specialize in things like:
- Finance
- Design (marketing, video, creative writing)
- Technology
- Data and analytics
- Conference and event planning
During regular work hours, you’ll use your skills to find solutions for Cru ministries around the world.
During evenings and weekends, you’ll have opportunities for evangelism, discipleship, and cross-cultural experiences.
You’ll also cross cultures during the day, as you work with a team of people from around the world. This may include working alongside global leaders.
Previously, I-GO has been held in Paris, France (2022), Budapest, Hungary (2023), and Chiang Mai, Thailand (2024). The location for 2025 will be in Chiang Mai, Thailand again!
Note on applying: I-GO has a different timeline and application process than other P2C-Students mission trips. It has two parts:
- P2C-Students: Use the “Apply” button on this page. This application is open!
- Global Ops: You will be directed to this section during the P2C-Students application. Alternatively, you can begin this step directly by visiting www.globalopsintern.org.
To protect the privacy of your personal information, the P2C-Students’ online project application tool (the “PAT”) now uses two-factor authentication from Okta. You’ll find instructions on how to use and troubleshoot Okta when you apply.
